Email hello@mpify.com, a real person answers, usually within a day. Tell us what you were doing and what happened; a screenshot helps.
Someone being abusive?
Open their page (tap their name anywhere) or your chat with them, tap •••, and choose Report or Block. To report one message, long-press it. Reports are reviewed within 24 hours.
Blocking someone ends the friendship, and they can’t find you, message you, invite you or see you on the boards. Unblock in Profile → Settings & account → Blocked people.
New phone, or signed out?
Sign in the same way you joined: with Apple, or with the recovery code Ulv showed you when you joined (Profile → Settings & account → Show my recovery code). Your workouts, plans and friends come back.
Notifications
Turn them on in Profile → Settings & account → Notifications. If they don’t arrive: iPhone Settings → Notifications → Ulv → Allow Notifications. The rest timer also buzzes on a locked phone once notifications are on.
Delete your account
Profile → Settings & account → Delete my account. It removes your account and everything in it from our server straight away (and from backups within 30 days). Workouts saved on your phone stay until you delete the app or tap Clear history.
Weights and units
Ulv is metric: every weight is in kilograms.
